Kid Cudi, Rae Sremmurd to headline 5th Trillectro Music Festival at Merriweather

5th Trillectro Music Festival to feature Kid Cudi, Rae Sremmurd.

Experimental rapper Kid Cudi and party-starting hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd will headline the fifth Trillectro Music Festival on Aug. 27 at Columbia’s Merriweather Post Pavilion, organizer DC to BC announced Wednesday. 

Other performers include GoldLink, Lil Uzi Vert, Esta (of Soulection), Cousin Stizz and more. YesJulz, the Miami-based social-media personality, will once again host the event. Tickets ($55-$125) are on sale now at ticketfly.com and the box offices of Merriweather Post Pavilion and Washington’s 9:30 Club and Lincoln Theatre. 

Trillectro, which combines hip-hop and electronic dance music, took place in Washington its first three years. After years of growth, organizers decided to move the festival to Merriweather in 2015. Previous headliners include Chance the Rapper, Big Sean and Wale.

Doors open at noon Aug. 27. This year’s full lineup:
