It's seldom a good idea to over-think Restaurant Week. At Salt Tavern in Upper Fells Point, the Restaurant Week offering is basically just the current version of its ever-changing menu, along with a few perennial house favorites. On the menu now are seafood bouillabaisse, roasted lamb sausage, pan-roasted fluke fillet and braised beef short ribs. For dessert, the immortal goat cheese doughnuts.
