Some reds pair well with the Thanksgiving feast, others don't. (Though I love cabernet sauvignon, I don't see an affinity.) One of the best matches is a full-bodied, well-rounded Beaujolais from one of the top villages such as Julienas. This one is a beauty with its lush, penetrating flavors of black cherry, currants and blackberry and touch of earthiness. It's a perfectly structured wine that's at its peak. It's imported by Kysela, one of the best.
