John Houser III reviews Pacific Coast Dining Co. in Little Italy.

"From its name," Houser begins, "you might think Pacific Coast Dining Co. sells cooking supplies." There is, he reports some overlap in ownership between Pacific Coast and the ill-starred Hollywood Burger Birstro in Canton. The restaurant space, with its awkward glass-front addition, has stumped a succesion of operators.
