Kid Cudi, whose recent concert at Merriweather Post Pavilion cost $35 a ticket, will perform at Ocean City this summer for free.

It's good news for fans of the rapper in the Eastern Shore, and for remaining senior weekers looking for a break from all the drinking.

The concert is part of the Dew Tour, a traveling sports tour that will also feature skate and BMX contests when it stops by Ocean City. 

Cudi will perform July 23 at 7:30 p.m. on the beach, just north of the Ocean City Pier. The Cool Kids will also perform.
