'Warning: Avoid Drowning' - The stupidest product labels of 2011

Every Rapture-free year means that life continues on planet Earth -- and if life goes on that means there's another year for stupid warning labels.

Thankfully, the Center for America catalogues these statements of the obvious and releases the finalists of its "Wacky Warning Labels" contest.

Some of this year's are classic:

1) On a dust mask: "Warning: Does not supply oxygen."

2) On a children's bicycle: "Warning: The action depicted in this brochure is potentially dangerous. The riders seen are experts or professionals."

3) On a pen: "Warning: Pen caps can restrict breathing. Keep out of mouth."

4) On a hot tub: "Warning: Avoid drowning."

5) On a gun with a carrying case that looks like a day planner: "Warning: This is not a functioning planner."
