Book two nights, get third night free at Kimpton hotels

What's the deal? Book two weekend nights at a Kimpton Hotel, like the Hotel Monaco Baltimore, and get the third night free. Guests must check in on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday to receive the offer and reservations must be booked online by Tuesday for stays through Sept. 6.

What are the savings? Depends on where and when you stay. At the Hotel Monaco Baltimore, a midweek stay is about $219 per night in June.

What's the catch? Twofold: First, you have to be a member of or sign up for Kimpton In-Touch, the hotel's guest loyalty program. Membership is free. And second, guests have to pay in advance for the reservation and it's non-refundable. So you better be certain about your dates, which by the way are limited to availability.

At the Baltimore hotel, the offer is good only when you check in on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
