Running, trash-gobbling and drinking with bears: the best of Baltimore's A&E scene this week

Baltimore Running FestivalThe Baltimore Marathon is a long-running tradition (you knew that was coming, right?), and it&#8217;s only part of the day&#8217;s fleet-footed fun. The big race starts at 8 a.m. Oct. 20 at Paca and Camden streets, then proceeds for 26-plus miles through Federal Hill, Fells Point, the Lake Montebello area, even the Maryland Zoo, before ending at the Inner Harbor&#8217;s McKeldin Square. Runners with less endurance will be trying the half-marathon (9:45 a.m. at Pratt and Light streets), 5K (7:30 a.m. at Pratt and Light streets) or team relay (8 a.m. at Paca and Camden streets).
