Things to do in Baltimore and online Sept. 17 to Sept. 23

The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra will perform two free concerts: a kickoff for college students at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and “Peter and the Wolf”, an outdoor concert for families at Merriweather Post Pavilion. Jonathan Rush, above, will conduct and Wordsmith will narrate. Tickets are required for both concerts. General admission tickets for the “Free College Kickoff” on September 17 are available at BSOmusic.org. Valid full-time student ID must be presented. Tickets for “Peter and the Wolf with the BSO and Wordsmith” on Sept.18 at the Chrysalis are available at InnerArborTrust.org/Events.
