Theater: 'Pride and Prejudice'

Since its publication in 1813, Jane Austen’s novel of daughters, eligible bachelors, status and happily-ever-after chances has never lacked for admirers. Or adapters. One of the most recent versions of "Pride and Prejudice" is by Christopher Baker, whose theatrical version opens the Center Stage season with a cast of 21.
