The two-hour Star-Spangled Spectacular Concert at 8 p.m. Sept. 13 at Pier Six Pavilion is one of the few events during the festival that isn't free. But, you can't beat the lineup, which is co-hosted by John Lithgow (pictured) and Jordin Sparks and which will feature performances by the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Kristin Chenoweth, Melissa Etheridge, Denyce Graves, Smokey Robinson and Kenny Rogers, among others.
