Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and Western High School are closed Thursday because of a water main break in the area, according to city school officials.
School staff should report to Lake Clifton.
City public works officials said crews continued to work to restore water service to the 10-inch broken main on Falls Road near Western High. Traffic is being routed around the area, officials said.
