A Baltimore City Schools summer program will close early Thursday because the building that hosts it is without air conditioning.
Programs for students at Samuel F. B. Morse Elementary School will close at noon Thursday "due to problems with air conditioners," the school system wrote on Twitter.
Similar issues closed programs on Monday, amid the hottest day of the year.
