Harford County Public Schools and two area colleges will open late Wednesday following freezing rain and ice that fell Tuesday evening.

Harford County schools were delayed by two hours, while Harford Community College announced it would open at 10 a.m. Loyola University will open at 11 a.m.
Also, in Garrett County, buses will not serve Blue Ribbon or Jasper Riley roads Wednesday morning due to high water, the school system announced.
