On Friday, several days after two separate robbery incidents at McDaniel College, McDaniel spokeswoman Cheryl Knauer said the Westminster Police Department has had officers visible on campus for the past couple of days as school officials seek to restore "a sense of normalcy" to campus.

The Westminster Police Department reported two robberies at McDaniel on Tuesday night, including one involving a student making an on-campus pizza delivery. No one was caught in either incident, which are still under investigation.

The incidents occurred a week before the school beginning its fall break.

"Looking ahead," Knauer added, "we are moving forward with the normal way of doing business with our regular campus safety patrols on-campus."
