Because of a tornado watch, Anne Arundel County's schools are canceling or moving indoors all afternoon activities that are usually held outside.
Parents may contact their child's school if they have questions about whether an outside activity is canceled.
The change is being made because of a tornado watch that is in effect in the county until 5 pm Monday.
The schools will dismiss on time and evening school clases will operate on normal schedules.
