Unity Rally at Penn-North for Lor Scoota in Pictures
Baltimore rappers, activists, and community leaders gathered at Pennsylvania Ave. and North Ave. on Sunday afternoon to remember slain rapper Lor Scoota and speak out against street violence. The group briefly shut down the Penn-North intersection, raised their fists in solidarity and chanted, "We all we got we all need" and held a moment of silence for Scoota, who was shot and killed Saturday evening at the corner of Harford Rd. and Moravia Rd.
