Back in March, City Paper launched a podcast that included a conversation with City Paper Senior Staff Writer Edward Ericson Jr. about Uber and "the sharing economy" and City Paper Editor-At-Large Baynard Woods about Lexington Market. Then we totally forgot about the podcast for a while, but now it's back with an episode hosted by Woods, featuring City Paper contributors Lawrence Burney and D. Watkins and Managing Editor and Arts Editor Brandon Soderberg. In this episode, the four of them talk about embattled rapper Young Moose, who recently released a new mixtape "Moose Leroy: The Last Draggin'" (last year Watkins, Soderberg, and Woods covered Moose's music and his legal troubles in CP's State of the Arts Issue) and recently signed to Baton Rouge rapper Lil Boosie's label, and then about Watkins' new book, "The Beast Side," released earlier this month. We hope to bring Burney, Watkins, Soderberg, and Woods and some others into the studio more often and make BCPP (Baltimore City Paper Podcast) a recurring feature. You can listen to and download the podcast below and it will be on iTunes soon.
