Ten more people were murdered in Baltimore last week, amid a flurry of nonfatal shootings. Some police have told reporters they are hesitant in the wake of the Freddie Gray rioting. A supposed truce among the Crips, BGF, and Bloods gangs is not, apparently, reducing violence in the city. The last time Baltimore saw 10 murders in a week was January 2014.
By May 12 last year 65 people had been murdered in Baltimore.
