Terra Café serves up traditional sandwiches and sides, and their dinner menu offers fried chicken, baked fish, curry and jerk chicken, and a veggie platter that will satisfy those of us who prefer the side dishes but don't want to be left hungry. The food is delicious and fairly priced, and the service is always friendly—plus, they deliver. What really makes us love this place, though, is how Terra Café regularly hosts musicians, artists, and community activists, and there's always a new art show on display. On the second Sunday of each month, volunteers gather here to assemble care packages of food, water, and clothing for Baltimore's homeless residents as part of the Neighbors Without Walls project. Good food, good acts—we dig it.
