Scratch 'N' Sniff product reviews

It's fitting that Charles Darwin worked aboard a ship called the Beagle, because the breeding of different varieties of dogs in England-many intended for gambling on which kind of canine could kill the most rats-was a major influence on the theory of evolution. When you can watch species change before your eyes, it raises questions. It's also pretty fucking crazy. But we're getting to be like the Inca with their 4,000 varieties of potatoes as growers take varieties like Larry OG and blend them with other varieties, like Bubba. But instead of doing it to see how quickly they kill a rat or withstand a blight, these dudes are creating new strains of weed in order to create new psychological states with their psychotropic effects. Bubba X Larry OG turns out to be an accurate name for this supremely mellow but not sleepy weed that comes on like an old pal. It has the relaxing sensation of a very small dose of Xanax but with the edge of coffee. You can get a bit contemplative, but not to the point of anxiety arousal. The world is good.

Strength: Strong but mellow.

Euphoria: 8

Existential Dread: 2
