Yet another chain restaurant has infiltrated the Inner Harbor making it that much harder to advise tourists looking for an authentic Baltimore dining experience. (Or, has dining at chain restaurants become the "authentic Baltimore dining experience?" Sigh.) At any rate, Sullivan's Steak House (1 East Pratt, Suite 102, 962-5503), a 1940s-themed Chicago steak house, has opened in the Verizon Building. Anyone looking for Kansas City strip steaks, martinis and cigars, and iceberg lettuce wedges dressed in blue cheese can find it here. Open for lunch and dinner.
