IFC Films continues the SXSW Film Festival On Demand

The South By Southwest Film Festival is over, but IFC Films is keeping some of its entries available via On Demand to cable subscribers. IFC Festival Direct is making five of its SXSW titles available to on demand viewers until June 11, including Australian drama Three Blind Mice, Joe Swanberg's latest romantic drama Alexander the Last, director Joe Maggio's drama Paper Covers Rock, the arresting Bulgarian noir Zift, and 2008 SXSW film fest darling Medicine for Melancholy.

And since it hasn't opened in Baltimore yet, it is worth noting that Hunger—2008's most impressive first feature and one of the more affecting movies of recent memory—is also available through On Demand by cable subscribers. It's the debut feature film from British video artist/filmmaker Steve McQueen, the 1999 Turner Prize winner.
