On April 26, Norman will host an Earth Dinner as part of the Dogwood Restaurant's Farmer's Table series where she will speak about community sustainable agriculture in Baltimore and share tips for home gardeners. It's an event sure to appeal to Baltimore's locavores. The three-course menu has yet to be determined, but will include seasonal organic produce from One Straw Farm, meat and vegetarian entrée options, and wine pairings for $69 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity).
