In which the white, privileged phenomenon known as "playing poor" reaches its establishment apogee. Broke-Ass Stuart is in town right now filming a television show for IFC, apparently to do with the "broke and beautiful" concept explored on
via such items as "Are Rock "Gods" Really That Bone-able?" and how to avoid paying $80 for a haircut. If you missed them because they were "semi-secret," Double Dagger (on Wednesday) and Wham City (last night) held special IFC edition concerts around town. Neat. Maybe this weekend we'll be checking out the totally awesome underground culture of the nearly third of all children in Baltimore living below the poverty line, or that super-exclusive 10 percent of Baltimoreans that get by on less than half of the poverty level.
