Bagby Restaurant Group, the company behind Bagby Pizza Company and the forthcoming Fleet Street Kitchen, have announced the opening today of its newest venture, TEN TEN (1010 Fleet St.,  244-6867). Billed as an American bistro, the restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday for lunch and dinner and Sunday for dinner alone. Mark Davis, formerly of the Baltimore Country Club and the Woodfire in Severna Park, is in charge of the semi-open galley kitchen. Look for duck fat fries, rockfish, shrimp, and, of course, crab cakes on the current menu, as well as a handful of creative cocktails.
