Pho Dat Thanh had us at its stuffed grape leaves. The taste of the char-grilled leaves filled with marinated beef dipped in fish sauce had us reeling. We knew at that moment on that we were in for a great meal, and we were right. Everything we've gotten from Pho Dat Thanh has been delicious. From the quail appetizer to the pot pork, it never fails to deliver. Then there is the pho, that wonderful bowl of beef noodle soup that is customizable, first with cuts of meat and then at the table with the condiments you decide to put in it. It's hard to leave Pho Dat Thanh not super stuffed, but the discomfort of overindulgence is a small price to pay for such beautiful food.
