The Houston Astros claimed pitcher Lucas Harrell, who has spent parts of the last two seasons with the White Sox, off waivers Friday.
Harrell was 1-0 with a 5.28 ERA in five appearances with the Sox. At Class AAA Charlotte this season, the 26-year-old right-hander was 7-3 with a 3.27 ERA.
