Sherri Leimkuhler

Sherri Leimkuhler is a Fitness and Health Columnist for The Carroll County Times and an active member of the Eldersburg Rogue Runners. A two-time Ironman triathlete and a certified yoga and group fitness instructor, Sherri has been a competitive triathlete for ten years with sponsorships from Xterra Wetsuits and SLS3. A graduate of Ohio University, she has a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the E. W. Scripps School of Journalism as well as a degree in Aviation Technology.
