As former Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco adjusts to the Denver altitude, his time in Baltimore came to an official close Friday with the listing of his roomy Reisterstown mansion for $1.59 million.

The 7,361-square-foot property at 5 Norfolk Court sits on 1.2 acres of land. Built in 2008, the single-family residence includes six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, upgraded countertops, a fully-finished basement, fireplaces and a screened porch.

The property formerly belonged to six-time Pro Bowl center Matt Birk. Flacco bought it for $1.38 million in 2013.

All that space likely came in handy for Flacco and his wife, Dana, who had their fifth child in 2018.

Charlie Hatter, the real estate associate from Monument Sotheby’s International Realty handling the listing, said the home’s proximity to Hunt Valley and its competitive price has already generated interest from potential buyers.

The Ravens finalized their trade of Flacco to the Denver Broncos in March in exchange for a fourth-round draft pick.
