One East Pratt Street, known as the PNC building, was sold to a Miami-based real estate investment Banyan Street Capital for $80.1 million, state property records show.
The nearly 380,000-square-foot Inner Harbor office building at the corner of Pratt and Light streets was last sold four years ago for nearly $58.8 million to the New York-based Vanbarton Group, which upgraded the building.
In addition to PNC, the 10-story building, which supports a “living wall” of plants, leases space to Sullivan’s Steakhouse and Kona Grill.
