Canterbury House Apartments sell for $4.6 million

Quest Management, a Stevenson-based real estate company, has sold its 52-unit Canterbury House Apartments in Northwest Baltimore for $4.6 million.

Flasko Management, a Baltimore-based property management group, was the buyer of the mid-rise apartment building, located at 6807 Park Heights Ave. in the Upper Park Heights neighborhood, according to SVN REALSITE, a Baltimore-based real estate that handled the deal on behalf of Quest.

Flasko Management could not immediately be reached for comment.

Built in 1969, the apartment community is comprised of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, according to CoStar.

Features of a typical apartment include an updated kitchen and bathroom, a patio or balcony and a walk-in closet.

The building was 96 percent occupied at the time of the sale, according to SVN.
