Rick Kohr named chair of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore

The Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore has named Rick Kohr as its new board chair for the next two years.
Rick Kohr is the founding member and CEO of Evergreen Advisors LLC, a boutique investment bank with offices in Columbia and Washington that serves emerging growth to middle-market companies.
Kohr succeeds August J. Chiasera, M&T Bank's Greater Baltimore/Chesapeake president, who has served as chair since 2015.
The alliance is a public-private group created to foster inclusive economic development throughout the Baltimore region.
Kohr is a graduate of Loyola University in Maryland with an MBA from the Sellinger School of Business. He specializes in advising companies throughout their life cycle, from financing to exit strategies. He was a co-founder and managing member of the Chesapeake Emerging Opportunities Club, an early-stage venture capital fund,
