The parent company of Baltimore County Savings Bank said Wednesday that it planned to start its annual shareholders meeting in the afternoon and then immediately adjourn until 4:30 p.m. the following Wednesday "to allow stockholders to safely attend the annual meeting in person." The later meeting will be held at BCSB Bancorp Inc.'s Perry Hall office, 4208 Ebenezer Road.
