The in-state Multi-Match lottery jackpot has reached $2.75 million, state lottery officials said Thursday.
Drawings for the in-state game average around half a million and rarely rise to $1 million, said lottery spokeswoman Carole Everett.
While it's not the hundred million dollar jackpots sometimes seen by the multi-state games, Evertt said there's a lot a winner could do with money, she said, and the odds are better than some of the multi-state games.
The largest drawing for Multi-Match, which started in 2006, was $4.8 million in 2009, she said. Drawings are Thursday and Monday nights.
Mega Millions, which has drawings on Fridays and Tuesdays, is $159 million. Powerball's jackpot is $110 and has drawings on Saturdays and Wednesdays.
