Three retailers lease space in Harbor Point building

Beatty Development Group announced Wednesday that three companies have leased retail space in the soon-to-be opened Exelon building in Harbor Point.

Months before the tower is set to open at the end of the year, more than 17,000 square feet of its 40,000 square feet of retail space has been leased to furniture retailer West Elm, CorePower Yoga and Honeygrow, a fast-casual restaurant chain.

Furniture store West Elm, which once had a store in the Towson Town Center, has leased a 11,069 square-foot space in the Exelon Building. CorePower Yoga will open its second yoga studio in the city with the addition of the 4,000 square-foot space that it secured.

Honeygrow, a Philadelphia-based chain known for stir frys, salads and fruit plates, will make enter the Baltimore market with its 2,210 square-foot space.
