Employee One Benefit Solutions will become the latest tenant in the Stadium Square complex under development in South Baltimore, the developers Caves Valley Partners said Tuesday.

The consulting and management company will move from nearby Otterbein to 9,000 square feet of space in the project near Baltimore’s professional sports stadiums and the Federal Hill neighborhood.

The company joins the co-working outfit Spaces and the financial services firm Janney Montgomery Scott in the building at 145 W. Ostend St.

Those firms, announced last year, fill more than half of the building’s office space. Developers plan to break ground on the second building late this year or early next year.

The complex is expected to include 375,000 square feet of office space, 50,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor, 600 high-end apartments and a 2,000-space parking garage.

Caves Valley is also renovating nearby Cross Street Market.
