“I began our team with a vision to be the best in the industry, and now we are at a point where growth is needed,” said Creig Northrop in a statement. “By moving forward from our position as the No. 1 real estate sales team in the nation to Northrop Realty, we are allowing our agents and their teams to grow with us, which I am thrilled to be able to facilitate.”
Northrop Realty also will launch NorthropU, a formal training program in collaboration with the Frederick Academy of Real Estate. It will offer team-building courses, accountability training and sales training.
In 2016, the Northrop team completed 1,772 transactions with a combined value of $765.5 million in 2016, leading REAL Trends, working in partnership with The Wall Street Journal, to find it to be the nation’s largest.
