MOI Inc. is moving its headquarters and 60 workers from Woodlawn in Baltimore County to McHenry Row in Locust Point in Baltimore City.
The company says it provides "workplace solutions" by designing and furnishing interior commercial spaces. Officials cited a need for office space that can better showcase its creative work and provide easy access to Interstate 95 and its other offices in Washington, D.C, and Virginia.
"The floorplan offered at McHenry Row will enable us to showcase creative ideas for what's possible in space along with our talents, depth of knowledge and ability to deliver comprehensive solutions for working environments," said MOI President David Neal.
MOI is leasing 13,284 square feet in McHenry Row III, a five-story, 75,000-square-foot, brick-and-glass office building now under construction on Fort Avenue in the 20-acre, mixed-use complex. It will join Kimley-Horn and Associate Inc., which announced a move last week to the building.
