Money manager HighTower has opened a new office in Sparks in a move to expand into the Baltimore market, the Chicago company announced Tuesday.
Leo J. Kelly III, a HighTower managing director and partner, will lead the five-member team, which manages $700 million in assets.
Previous, Kelly worked at The Kelly Group at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.
HighTower, which also opened a Los Angeles office, serves high net worth and institutional clients.
