Bar Louie and 10 other new stores coming to Foundry Row in Owings Mills

Bar Louie restaurant is among 11 new stores and eateries announced for Foundry Row in Owings Mills.

Bar Louie restaurant and ten other new tenants have signed on to the Foundry Row retail and office project in Owings Mills that will be anchored by Wegmans Food Markets, the developer said Thursday.

The $140 million center being built on 50 acres at Reisterstown and Painters Mill roads is now nearly 90 percent leased, developers Greenberg Gibbons and Vanguard said. The center is set to open this fall.

Bar Louie, billed as a cross between an upscale lounge and a neighborhood pub, will be joined by fast casual eatery Mission BBQ, La-Z-Boy furniture store, Foundry Row Wine & Spirits, Xfinity, Massage Envy spa, Sleep Number specialty mattress store, Mani Luxe salon, Chipotle, Hair Cuttery and Floyd's 99 Barbershop, a rock 'n roll-themed unisex barbershop. Bar Louie is known for martinis, signature cocktails, microbrews and American-inspired, shareable food and late night dining.

Wegmans started hiring for 150 full-time jobs last month. The 109,000-square-foot supermarket, which plans to hire about 475 people, is set to open in the fall. Other previously announced tenants include LA Fitness, DSW, Ulta Beauty, Bagby Pizza, Panera Bread, Zoe's Kitchen, Smashburger, Nally Fresh and LifeBridge Health.
