H&E Equipment Services, a company that sells and rents heavy equipment, is consolidating its Baltimore and Jessup operations into a new facility in Dundalk, Baltimore County officials announced Monday.
H&E Equipment Services built a 40,000-square foot facility with offices, shop space, 18 service bays and a parts warehouse at 2111 Grays Road near the Sparrows Point Country Club. Thirty employees work at the new facility.
The company sells, rents and repairs equipment such as cranes, forklifts and other construction equipment. H&E Equipment Services is headquartered in Baton Rouge, La., and has more than 60 locations around the country. The Dundalk branch serves Maryland, Delaware and Washington, D.C.
