Caves Valley Partners acquires 5.2 acres in South Baltimore

Caves Valley Partners has acquired 5.2 acres in South Baltimore.

The property, in the 1800 and 1900 blocks of S. Hanover St., contains space for commercial truck repair company Middleton & Meads and a vacant warehouse.

Arsh Mirmiran, a partner at Caves Valley Partners, said the Towson firm is exploring development options for the site. Middleton & Meads plans to relocate elsewhere within the city in the coming year.

"The completion of this assemblage is another example of CVP's bullish outlook on the future of Baltimore City and our commitment to working with successful, locally-owned businesses to create positive outcomes for all sides," Mirmiran said in a statement.

Caves Valley Partners' other projects in South Baltimore include Stadium Square and Cross Street Market.
