JetBlue Airways will begin daily round-trip service between BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport and Orlando starting Nov. 12, the airline announced Tuesday.
The new route is the second announced by the airline at BWI this year.
It announced in February that it would start flying between BWI and Fort Lauderdale, also on Nov. 12. It first began service out of BWI in 2009, with connections to Boston.
Paul J. Wiedefeld, BWI's CEO, said in a statement the airport's customers would benefit from the added flights.
"The airline is adding more options for our travelers along with its excellent customer service, travel product, and low fares," he said.
