Bank of America Baltimore market president, Dave Millman, is retiring after 35 years with the Charlotte, N.C.-based bank and a longtime executive has been named as his successor.
Sabina Kelly, who has been with Bank of America for 20 years, will take over as Baltimore market president effective immediately, the company announced Tuesday. Kelly also will serve as business banking market executive, leading the company's work with small and mid-sized companies.
She most recently worked as a credit risk executive for global commercial banking. Kelly has a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a master's degree from Loyola University Maryland.
Millman worked as Baltimore market president for the last four years of his 35-year tenure with Bank of America.
Bank of America shares closed up about 1 percent, at $14.26 per share, on Tuesday.
