Chesapeake Realty Partners of Owings Mills said it has partnered with Bernstein Management Corp. in Washington to build six apartment communities in Maryland, Virginia and Washington.
The $250 million project calls for the construction of four apartment communities in Maryland. Those include 153 lofts at 2 E. Wells St., in Baltimore; 295 units in Towson; 124 apartments in Silver Spring; and a 320-apartment complex Columbia.
The developers are also constructing 283 apartments and retail space in Fairfax County, Va., and 82 apartments at 2251 Wisconsin Ave., in Washington.
