Boston College had previously jumped from Reebok to Under Armour in a six-year agreement announced in 2009.

In addition to outfitting Eagles teams, the new partnership includes "integration into the brand's marketing, social media, in-store, and grassroots activations," Under Armour said.

Last year, Under Armour signed a 10-year extension with the University of Maryland. That deal guarantees nearly $33 million in rights fees and athletic apparel to the school, according to a copy of the contract obtained under a public records request.

Under Armour's other collegiate partners include Notre Dame, Navy, Auburn, Texas Tech, Northwestern and the University of South Carolina.
