Plan calls for razing, rebuilding Lexington Market

Baltimore's historic Lexington Market would be razed and rebuilt under a plan announced Friday by the board running the market and outgoing Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, as her administration sets in motion the transformation of the city's public markets in the final days of her term.
