Under Armour will unveil a holiday advertising campaign tonight centered around "Armour Claus" and the brand's ColdGear line of apparel.
"Armour Claus" is, of course, an athlete. NFL hall-of-famer and former Dallas Cowboy Randy White plays the role of the athletic-apparel and footwear-clad Claus, who has been in training all year for his big night.
The "Training All Year" commercial, co-branded with Dick's Sporting Goods, will be shown for the first time tonight during Monday Night Football.
"My man has been training," one North Pole elf says in the spot. "Every singe day. All year long. Ever since he signed that deal with Under Armour."
"All right team, let's get shopping," White says, rolling out a list. "A lot of great athletes on the nice list this year."
The TV spot will be aired in broadcast and shown in digital, mobile and social media channels throughout the holiday season, the company said.
