Under Armour ranks as the 8th fastest growing company in the U.S., a report out today shows.
News and opinion website 24/7 Wall St. reviewed the most recent three-year annual revenue changes for S&P 500 companies. The survey excluded companies whose growth stemmed from large scale merger and acquisition activity.
Revenue at Under Armour jumped 116 percent in the last three years to $3.96 billion.
Facebook tops the list with $17.9 billion in sales and revenue growth of 252.3 percent over three years. Also in the top five are GileadSciences Inc., Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc., DR Horton Inc. and Lennar Corp.
Others in the top 15 list include Michael Kors Holdings Ltd., TripAdvisor Inc. and Netflix Inc., which came in at No. 15 with three-year revenue growth of nearly 88 percent.
